Mr Masahiro Nishiyama(FEA Area Coordinator, National Secretary) Mr. Kozo Ikeyama arrives at the Pusan Port by the Pan Starferry at 10:00 on Friday 7. He is quite familiar with Korean culture. Actually one of his children is married to a Korean! He was NS, Servas Japan before me and now advisor for Servas Japan. If someone can meet him at the port, he must be very glad.
Mr. Yuji Mizuno arrives at the ( Ghimhe ) Pusan Air Port at 14:15 by KE 732 on Thursday 5. He would like someone to pick him at the airport at the time. He is auditor for Servas Japan. He wants you to find a host family on 5, 6, 8,and 9, in Pusan area. He plans to return to Japan on Tuesday 10 by KE 731, which leaves Ghimhe Air Port at 11:00.
Mr Akira Kawasaki, Mr. Kunio Tanaka, and Mr. Seishiro Tomioka are all from Tokyo. Their schedules are not yet fixed, but Mr Akira Kawasaki will go to Seoul on Thursday 4, wants someone to meet him at the airport, and wants to expeience a homestay with a Servas Korea member on 4 and 5 in Seoul, 6and 8 in Pusan, and 9 again in Seoul. He will take the KTG ( bullet train ) to move between Seoul and Pusaan on Friday 6 and Monday 9. Mr. Kawasaki told me that his fligfht schedule will be informed him on Wednesdxay 28. Mr Kunio Tanaka is vice NS for Servas Japan, and Mr Seishiro Tomioka is one of the oldest members of Servas Japan! Mr Tanaka and Mr Tomioka are also familiar with things Korean quite well, so perhaps they will go to Pusan by themselves. Anyway, let me tell you more in detail when I have got some more information.
Ms Sachiko Tateno and Ms Nobuyo Masuda will arrive at Ghimhe Air Port at 20:35 by NW029 on Wednesday 4. They have already booked for a hotel for their first day. They would like someone to pick them up at the airport at that time and take them to the hotel. They want to experience a homestay on 5,6, 8, and 9, though Ms Nobuyo Masuda will leave on Monday 9 and Ms Sachiko Tateno on Tuesday 10. Both of them are from Tokyo, and Ms Sachiko Tateno is vice secretary for Tokyo area.
Ms Tsunemi Yamamoto will arrive at ( Ghimhe ) Pusan Air Port at 18:25 by Japan Airlines 5167. She wants someone to meet her at the airport. And she wants to homestay with some member on 4 and 5. On Friday 6 she will stay with Mr and Mrs Uck Choy and with Mr Kim Soo Tae on 8 and 9, and return to Japan by JL 988, leaving at 10:25. She seems to have a lot of Servas friends in your country. She is regional secretary for central Japan.
Ms Kyoko Suwa will arrive at the ( Ghimhe ) Pusan Air Port on Friday 6 at 14:15 by KE732. She also wants someone to meet her at the airport at that time. She wants to expeience a homestay on 6, 8,and 9. She will return to Japan on Tuesday 10 by KE731, leaving at 11:00. She is regional secretary for Kyoto area. She is a professor of English and journalism at Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto. She stayed in US for several years and her English is superb!
