The Servas International Financial Operating Procedures were published in 2005, after the 2004 General Assembly. Since that time, SI General Assemblies have passed motions to update the Financial Operating Procedures. However, no new version has been published since 2005.

The June 2016 version of the Financial Operating Procedures is now posted on www.servas.org, under 'Who We Are', 'Administration' at http://www.servas.org/who-we-are-administration.php. This version includes decisions made at SI General Assemblies, and also updates related to processes now used by Servas International.
