·         Please find attached revised form of Stamp request for 2018.  Kindly fill the form and send it to me before October 15, 2017 to order stamp prints.
 

·         Please be kind enough to send the unused stamps of 2017 by January 15, 2018
 

·         Please be kind enough to make the payments of stamps utilized in 2017 by January 31, 2018 though the time is March 01, 2018.  Please do not wait till the last minute to remit the payments,  since we need to complete our financial statements to be audited and finalized by April 30, 2018.
