Dear Servas International Member Groups,
The General Assembly in October 2018 in Seoul will discuss topics raised by SI Member Groups and SI Exco. The topics are based on motions. Please find documents attached to this email message with information about the process of submitting motions, and a template for you to use when you write your motion/motions.
Please note that the SI Statutes state that all motions must be submitted 6 months before the GA. 

The deadline for motions for 2018 is therefore April 14, 2018.
