Dear National Secretaries of Member Countries,

Greetings!

There will be 2 motions in the Distant Vote which closes on November 30, 2017. As stated in the Servas International Statutes, the exact wording of the motions and the voting procedure to be used will be distributed to member groups in writing at least three months before the closing date for the voting (by August 31, 2017).

There are 2 motions, all moved by SI Exco:

1. To approve the 2016-2017 Audited Accounts (Account Statements, External Audit report and Treasurer's report attached; Internal Audit Report will be available soon)

2. To approve the idea of contracting a paid Servas International (SI) Administrator, initially on a trial basis and funded from the SI reserve fund to a maximum of 15,000 CHF in the first year. The aim would be to provide both continuity and administrative support for SI Exco to manage the significant increase in workload in recent years. (see attachment)

Habrá 2 mociones en el Voto a Distancia cuyo plazo cierra el 30 de noviembre de 2017.

Como estipulan los Estatutos Internacionales de Servas, el texto exacto de las mociones, y el procedimiento de votación a usar serán distribuidos por escrito a los grupos miembros al menos tres meses antes del cierre del plazo para votar, (agosto 31, 2017).

Hay  2 mociones, todas propuestas por SI Exco:

1)    Aprobar las cuentas auditadas 2016-2017 (Estados de cuenta, informe de auditoría externa y el informe del tesorero adjunto informe de auditoría interna estará disponible en breve)

 

2)    (Traducción de Google. Para ser reemplazado cuando los recursos estén disponibles) Aprobar la idea de contratar un Administrador de Servas International (SI) pagado, inicialmente a modo de prueba y financiado desde el fondo de reserva de SI hasta un máximo de 15.000 CHF en el primer año. El objetivo sería proporcionar tanto continuidad como apoyo administrativo a SI Exco para gestionar el aumento significativo de la carga de trabajo en los últimos años (ver archivo adjunto)
